What is a Monthly Treasurer’s Report?
The monthly treasurer’s report is a summary of the church’s financial activity for the previous month. It shows how funds were received and used, helping the congregation see how resources are stewarded to support the church’s ministry and mission.

Typically, the report includes:

• Total income

• Total expenses

• Beginning and ending balances for the month

• Designated funds

• ​A year-to-date summary that shows income and expenses from the beginning of the fiscal year through the current month
