How do I know if I am ready for baptism?
Has God changed the way you think and feel about Jesus and yourself? Previously, perhaps Jesus was not important to you or maybe you even despised him. However, now, you believe in Jesus according to the New Testament and your desires are changing. You desire to be cleansed from your sin and confess them. You want to know Jesus, love him, obey him and follow him. You love others. If this is what is happening in you then one of the first steps in learning to follow Jesus is baptism. Baptism allows others to know about your change of heart and mind as well as your life-long decision to follow Jesus.
We are excited to be a part of helping you to obey Jesus through baptism as you become his disciple. Our desire is to shepherd you through a time of prayerful reflection and understanding about what God is doing in your life. We want to be fully prepared for your baptism.
If you are a student under the age of 18, please ask your parents for their consent before beginning the baptism process. We also encourage students with unbelieving parents to seek consent from their parents.
